Lysol and The Coronavirus

I know some things go without saying but I feel like I have to clarify this. Yes the President suggested that a little bit of Lysol injected into your body would kill the coronavirus. We all know that the President has been criticized for saying a lot of things and this is another one of them. Here is the part that goes without saying... Injecting Lysol into your body is not a cure or preventive measure, please DO NOT do it. According to cnn here is the official statement from the makers of lysol:

Reckitt Benckiser (RBGLY), a British company, warned Friday that human consumption of disinfectant products is dangerous. It issued the statement following "recent speculation and social media activity."

"As a global leader in health and hygiene products, we must be clear that under no circumstance should our disinfectant products be administered into the human body (through injection, ingestion or any other route)," the company said in a statement.
