As the year 2019 comes to an end, we're looking forward to Christmas, some time off (hopefully) and a new start within a brand new year. With the holidays can come some pressure-- family expectations, gift expectations, and usually a whole lot of procrastination. What have you done for yourself? It can sometimes feel selfish to go out and do things for yourself but we've only got one life and living here in Boise is a great place to get into a whole lot of fun!

Each week I compile my list of must-do things across the Treasure Valley and as always, if you have a suggestion,  just shoot me a note: Mateo@1035kissfmboise.com

    Free Carriage Rides

    Washington Trust Bank

Here's a great idea for going out with the kids, the family, or the date! I've never been on a carriage ride but here's a great chance to check one out for yourself...for free! Washington Trust Bank in downtown Boise (on 9th and Bannock) is offering these Friday and Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with hot chocolate, too!

    Idaho Steelheads

The Steelheads are back on the ice at home tonight, Friday the 13th! I love these games and to be honest, don't even care about hockey! Steelheads games are always a great social event to get out and have some fun downtown Boise. Grab dinner and some drinks before!

    Boise State vs. Alabama State

Head over to Extra Mile Arena and catch Boise State's basketball crew in action at home. Head Coach Leon Rice has done a great job with the program over the last few years and after a rough season last year, it's obvious he's got a dangerous team on his hands this year. Filling up that arena always helps the team and tickets are cheap!
