Milan Institute Of Cosmetics Open House

103.5 KISS FM's Keke Luv was out in Nampa at the Milan Institute of Cosmetics for their Open House.  The Milan Institute are offering deals for haircuts and up to $3,000 dollars off tuition.  Keke was also upgrading everyone's car with the new 103.5 KISS FM sticker and got them qualified for Hunger Games:Catching Fire tickets!
