New Ice Cream Spot Opens, Bringing Sweet Treats to Caldwell

Sometimes, however, it's the basics that need to be met. A classic necessity that every community needs? Ice cream.

Just announced last week (and finally open for business) is a new ice cream destination in Caldwell!
