
One Idaho Man Makes Forbes’ ‘400 Richest People in America’ List
Idaho is a very special place and we certainly don't need to tell you that. Home to so many booming businesses, tech companies, agriculture giants and new concepts, it's fair to say that there is plenty of wealth in our great state.
But how do we rank against the rest of the country? Apparently, we just aren't that wealthy.
Forbes Magazine recently ranked the top 400 Richest People in America--that's a LOT of rich people to rank! Out of all of those 400, only ONE person was from Idaho.

According to the list and article compiled by Forbes Magazine, Frank VanderSloot ranks 354th out of 400 and is carrying a net worth of $3.3 Billion! This is up from last year, but down from the appearance he made in 2019, with an estimated net worth of $4.2 Billion.
Frank VanderSloot is involved in many different business ventures, including cattle and radio station ownership. He is best known, however, for his ownership and founding of Melaleuca, a health and wellness brand that sells just about everything for home and beauty. From supplements to cleaning supplies, essential oils to salted caramels--they really cover it all and are based out of Eastern Idaho.
