Retro Boise State Game Day Footage Resurfaces Online [Video]

Boise's change over the past years and that change has certainly been evident. From new businesses to new buildings to new people there has been a lot of new things that have popped up in our area. As much as all of the new has been cool it's always nice to reminisce on what Boise once was. Luckily this seems to have been in our favor as lots of old video footage has been resurfacing of Boise online.

A video had recently taken the internet by storm showing what Boise looked like in the 1940s. The old 1945 videos resurfaced on TikTok and has people who have both lived here forever and people who are new reminiscing on what our city used to look like. Then even more old footage of Boise is surfaced online but this one is from 1988. This video compares the construction from Boise now to the construction that was happening in the 1980's.

As cool as it has been to see what Boise used to look like it's also been cool to see what the people who have lived in Boise we saw this in a video from the 1980's has just hit the internet and it shows a bunch of people just hanging out in Downtown Boise on skateboards.

Now vintage videos of an old Boise State football game have found their way to the internet. It's cool to see that even 40 years ago the same Boise State school spirit was there. The blue turf has certainly always been iconic.
