Should Idaho Be Next State To Legalize Marijuana?

Yesterday was a big day for Colorado.  They became the first state to not only legalize recreational marijuana but also regulate it.  Colorado citizens can now apply for a state and local license to sell cannabis, leading to the creation of stores selling not just the plant but accessories too.  It's a chance for Colorado to bring the market above ground and generate tax revenue, create jobs and take money out of the hands of drug cartels/gangs that control the market now.  The new market opened to a tune of $578 million dollars yesterday.
