New Eagle Ice Cream Spot Is So Popular They Sold Out Of Supplies

Right now summer is in full swing in Boise. While there have only been a couple triple digit days it seems like we're going to be getting a lot more real soon. The best way to cool down when it's over 100°? Definitely ice cream!

The Boise area has a really great ice cream shops. There's chain spots like Cold Stone but there are also a ton of really great local options like The Stil. No matter where you go ice cream will definitely make a summer day that much better. One favorite that opened up not too long ago in the downtown Boise area is an ice cream spot called Soft Landing.

Soft Landing gained popularity very quickly in downtown Boise. In fact people loved it so much that they decided to open up a second location. Just a few days ago soft Landing celebrated the grand opening of their second location, this one in Eagle.

Their ice cream is the very definition of soft serve and they also have really great options for toppings as well. Their brownies and cookies are the perfect addition to any ice cream flavor. They even have potato chip brittle! It honestly doesn't get any more Idaho than that!
