Something To Look Forward Too – A New Waffle Me Up Location

For a lot of us when things get difficult we want comfort food. We want that delicious something that makes us smile and feel amazing. For me one of those things is Waffle Me Up. A few months ago I wrote a blog that shared my new found love for waffles that had been unearthed by Hector and the family at the downtown location of Waffle Me Up. At the same time I shared that there was a second location coming soon to the Eagle / Meridian area. Rejoice because the time has come and and the new location of Waffle Me up is officially open.

The second location of Waffle Me Up is open at the corner of Chinden and Linder, in front of the Fred Meyer. Just like the location in downtown they are sharing space with Boise Fry Company. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic they are being responsible and only doing take out in Meridian and delivery in downtown (no dine in service at the moment). A nice perk is that students and kids get a 10 percent discount even if they are not in the car when you pickup. If you need a recommendation, I absolutely love the Bob-Acado Deluxe... the bacon bits on top of the over medium egg and the avocado on top of that mouth watering waffle is a slice of heaven. Try it, you'll love it.
