After weeks of waiting for answers and further explanations surrounding the quadruple homicide in Moscow, Idaho, a newly released affidavit gives details into the investigation that has lead law enforcement to Bryan Kohberger.

Just a week ago, the development of seeing an arrest shook the nation, many believing that Moscow, Idaho police were nowhere near the suspect. Now, emerging details prove that authorities were onto Kohberger for some time--and while he is innocent until proven guilty, the 19-page affidavit shows just how confident authorities are in this case.

These details are simply chilling and the due process is only just getting underway. 

After his first hearing in the State of Idaho, Kohberger was reported as having been emotionless in the courtroom. Despite the defense requesting he have the ability to bond out of jail, the judge declined any bond and Kohberger has been returned to the Latah County Jail.
