This Boise Home Has Every Car Guys or Girls Dream Garage

A year and a half ago when we could all buy a home in Boise for $100k less than we can now I was on a mission. A mission to buy a home with a three car garage that could fit at least five cars. I instructed my amazing realtors Sean and Melissa Lemp to find this unicorn and the search was on. You might be wondering how one would fit 5 cars in a 3 car garage? The elusive answer to that question is 12 foot ceilings and two car lifts. You might think this is crazy but I refused to walk into any home before we measured the garage ceilings. Needless to say we found the perfect garage and it happened to be attached to a pretty cool home that I purchased and have been very happy with until today. Why? today I got an email from Melissa and it said " I found your dream garage" I clicked on the MLS link and read the following:

Can you say Garage envy? 1977 square feet of heated garage space,12 foot ceilings, epoxy floors, air hose reels, floating garage cabinets, multi-level floors oh and central vacuum!

All I could think of is spending every free moment of my life in this garage until I realized the home cost 1.3 million dollars.
