During roll call earlier this week at the Democratic National Convention, each state selected a song to represent their state as they confirmed Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee for the President of the United States.

Most of the states picked pretty cool songs.

Georgia chose "Turn Down For What" complete with Lil' Jon performing live.

Michigan chose "Lose Yourself" by Eminem.

Alabama of course chose "Sweet Home Alabama."

It's Idaho's song choice that has us concerned.

Maybe it's because it'd be obvious, or because the word "Idaho" is literally in the title of the song, but Idaho decided to go with "Private Idaho" by the B-52's.

Great song, no doubt. We're not questioning that. But is it the best song to represent the Gem State in front of the entire world?

We have another suggestion.

It's clear that the most important issue facing Idaho right now is people mispronouncing the word "Boise."

With that being said, there's only one song that Idahoans should get behind as their state's new anthem.

That's right. "The Boise Song" by Jewel.

Just imagine if millions and millions of Americans heard this song earlier this week. We'd never have to explain how to properly pronounce the word "Boise."

Well, maybe we'll get 'em in 2028. Unless they pick a Taylor Swift song. Which we'd totally be fine with.

Sick of politics online? We get it. So how about the scoop on a really cool wrestling event coming our way?

Maybe Jewel will be there.
