This New Boise Taco Joint Is So Popular, It Keeps Selling Out

There is always a lot of great options when it comes to eating locally in Boise. It seems that every where you go there's a locally owned food place. They're on every corner in every part of Boise but that's one of the things that makes Boise so special. Recently the local businesses seem to be getting better and better and everyone has been raving about local taco places.

We even had a popular influencer come to Idaho just to try tacos. He went to a food truck all the way out in a deserted area of Caldwell and claimed that they were some of the best tacos he has ever had. Considering he has been all over the country trying tacos from different places it is definitely a major compliment to Idaho and the food truck he went to.

The only thing he missed out on is the new taco place that opened up in Garden City not too long ago. Rosa, a new taco place in Garden City, has had a very successful opening and it is quickly becoming one of everyone's favorite places. They have become so popular that you have to go early to make sure they don't sell out because everyone has been wanting to get a taste.

Rosa prides themselves on their simple street tacos with ingredients all made from scratch. It's clear locals are loving it as they are busy all day long. They are only open Tuesday-Saturday so if you're looking for a good place to eat on those days definitely check out Rosa!
