@earthtosarah The best waterfalls road trip!!! Do you have an Idaho waterfall bucket-list? Here are some of my favorites that I’ve been visiting every summer for years!! *Save this road trip & follow @earthtosarahphoto to visit them all in the best order for driving!* Start in Hagerman: Malad Gorge’s Devils Washbowl - hike around the Idaho state park and see additional waterfalls in the spring time along the canyon. Ritter Island’s Waterfalls that you can kayak all around! Swimming is fun here but that water is FREEZING. Box Canyon Falls halfway point of the Box Canyon hike about 3 miles round trip! Wear sturdy shoes. This water is also cold! Drive Thousand Springs Scenic Byway to Twin Falls: Perrine Coulee allows you to walk behind it (you will get wet!!) Shoshone Falls is the iconic Niagara of the West and has just recently reopened to the public. You can kayak to the base of it with AWOL. Twin Falls has a dam in it, so more like Single Falls now but how this town got its name sake. Auger Falls is a riverbed waterfall that flows insane. About a 3 mile hike total to see the powerful flows. Mermaid Cove on the Jerome side of the Snake River Canyon one of my favorite hikes! 2 miles round trip with about 400-500 ft elevation gain. Bonus: Cauldron Lynn! This place also is referred to as Starr Falls and is about 30 minutes from Twin Falls. Another riverbed waterfall. The craziest thing is there are even more waterfalls around this area!! Southern Idaho has the best and most unique waterfalls! Will you be adding this to your travel bucketlist? Leave no trace when visiting. There are trash cans at almost all of these spots so use them! Or, take all your trash home. Thank you so much!!! Summer brings more people in Idaho, so be kind to strangers and share the trails with others. Spread kindness. #idahophotographer #twinfallsidaho #idaho #travelbucketlist #roadtripusa ♬ Take it easy demo - Goldford
