Tin Roof Tacos #2 Landing in Meridian

They've been called "The Best Tacos in Idaho," now they're expanding from Boise to Meridian.

If you live within driving distance, you owe it to yourself to hit up Tin Roof Tacos on Broadway at least once. My girlfriend took me a few months ago, and I was truly blown away. The selection, the service, the food, all on point. There's a reason The Daily Meal named them the best tacos in Idaho on their "Best Tacos in Every State" list.

Sisters and owners Susan Loyd and Sandy Broun are bringing their Tex-Mex masterpieces to Meridian, where Tin Roof Tacos will open their second location on McMillan Road in the Northpointe Retail Plaza. The plan is to open the new restaurant in Spring of 2018.

Still not sold? Tin Roof has breakfast tacos available all day, and they serve Shiner Bock beer. While tacos aren't hard to come by in the Treasure Valley, this is one joint you don't want to sleep on.
