Amazing food. Amazing Drinks. Amazing Beer. Amazing patio. Amazing Staff.

Am I missing anything? These are all huge things--right? It's not often you find all of those boxes checked for ONE place. Lucky for downtown Boise, 10 Barrel Brewing Company exists.

I've enjoyed some libations at 10 Barrel before, however once the pandemic kicked in this past spring, I had to get the team on the radio with us at KISS FM to highlight the work they were doing. From brewing a Boise Strong beer to benefit local charities and rolling out their Hero Beer which was FREE to front line workers-- the movement that came along with the #DrinkItForward campaign was HUGE. Now, having met and been around this awesome crew at 10 Barrel, as I sat down for lunch today, I was NOT shocked to see the giving continue-- this time back to in-person and on their menu.

These house canned beers are a must--not only are they great, but their proceeds go to charity. See what's up, below:

  • Maravia River Beer benefitting Idaho Rivers United
    • All Idaho Grown IPA that is 7.7% ABV and just $3 a can or $10 for a four pack.
    • About Idaho Rivers United...
      • "The mission of Idaho Rivers United is to protect and restore the rivers of Idaho. Our focus is the ecological integrity of our rivers, but the lens we look through is citizen involvement.

We involve our volunteers and members in the protection of wild rivers, keeping our drinking water clean, defending at-risk populations of fish, establishing in-stream flows and minimizing the impacts of dams on Idaho's rivers. Idaho Rivers United builds river protection campaigns that effectively team up staff and volunteers.

We can't be effective without active citizens like you. Get involved with Idaho Rivers United today."
