Some Capital High students may have been exposed to Tuberculosis (TB). According to KTVB, a letter went home to parents today warning them that their child may have been exposed. School officials confirm that the person with TB was at the school from January to May of the 2018-2019 school year.

There is no word on whether the person was a student at the school. According to KTVB, Central District Health (CDH) has contacted those who they believe may have been exposed to the active case of TB with "information regarding evaluation and testing."

If you're concerned about your student being exposed, contact a health care provider.
