Dietary Restrictions? This New Idaho Restaurant Has You Covered

The Idaho foodie scene has been growing growing growing the past few years. Tons of new local businesses have been popping up as well as chain restaurants making their Idaho debuts. Idaho is now known for having some great food options with everything from small local joints to Big chain restaurants like In-N-Out.

The past couple of years idahoans have been very excited to get things like in and out, Raising Cane's, and even and El Pollo Loco. Now another restaurant is making its Idaho debut and has been open for a few weeks and people are loving it.

Sometimes eating out can be difficult for people who have dietary restrictions. Those who are gluten-free or vegetarian often have very limited menu choices. That can make eating out kind of a pain.

This new restaurant, Vessel Kitchen, that is now open in Eagle set out to make life easier for those kinds of people. This fast, casual restaurant is both healthy and delicious. Not to mention they have tons of gluten free and vegan options. They take extra care to make sure there is no cross contamination for any of these items and often talk about wanting to make the dining experience easy for everyone.
