Vietnam Memorial Medallions Suspect Arrested

Over the weekend, six medallions were pried off the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Boise. Thanks to Boise locals tipping off police, a man was just arrested for the theft.
Boise Police arrested 29-year-old Raymond Rubalcaba of Boise earlier this morning. A tipster said they had been given a unique Marine Corps medallion by a relative and thought the medallion looked familiar.
So far, five of the six medallions were recovered. The police is asking for the public's help in finding the sixth and final medallion. It's a larger bronze medallion with the words, "Republic of Vietnam Service" on it.
