Who Drinks More: Idaho or California?
As we discussed yesterday, Idaho and California actually have a lot in common! You may not think so at first glace, or based on internet comments, but it's true.
Here's another for you: Both Idahoans and Californians enjoy their alcohol. Just one more thing to bring us together.
But, which state likes to drink more...Idaho or California? Luckily, someone actually took the time to crunch the numbers and find out!
What you may be surprised to find out is...both states are drinking pretty much the same amount of hooch. According to Data Pandas, Californians on average drink around 2.6 gallons per capita. Idahoans aren't far behind, coming in at 2.1 gallons per capita.
That's right. Idaho and California, as different as you think they might be, are drinking (on average) almost the exact same amount of alcohol. How cute!
