Why You Should Begin Game of Thrones Before it’s Too Late

What just happened? You know how it feels when someone comes up to you and says, "I have to tell you something but you CAN'T tell anybody!" I mean, who is this person that is inviting you into this mental stress dead end.

Don't come to me and tell me NOT to say anything. Don't make a blockbuster movie and cry because I spoiled the ending. Yo, it's 2019! I can't even get through a movie without my own wife googling the ending because it's stressing her out. That brings me to episode 3 of Game of Thrones and don't worry land of the FOMO. I won't spoil anything (except Leslie Jones might give away something in her tweet below - don't watch the video.)

Episode 3 of GOT had all the finale trimmings from villains being killed to your favorite characters being thrust out of the last season. This blog is for everyone who hasn't been watching and thinks their too far behind to begin. GOT is a mix between Gladiator, Walking Dead, and the Bible.

I started watching from the very beginning which is about the time I met my wife. I remember the red wedding finale waking my then girlfriend up and screaming "OMG! OMG! WTF!" I guess it was all the 3 letter abbreviations and that hooked me.

This is a side note but I thought it was awesome. My boss at that time thought I had been drinking when I came up with this idea. Mind you it was noon. I wanted to do a "booty of Thrones" and rate booty on stage at Boise Music Festival. This is a true story and I still think it would have been a hit!

Game of Thrones debuted back in 2011 and has been a hit ever since. This is a very medieval, dark, and very twisted series. All of that said, it's f-cking good. Is it too late to start? What does that even mean? A good movie is a good movie, right? Would you deprive yourself of something just because you're late to the party? You're telling me you won't watch the movie that just shattered movie records with a staggering $1.3 billion dollar worldwide open in Avengers: Endgame just because you missed a few?

I just got back from Oakley, Idaho where I spent the best weekend ever with my family. My son talked about Black Panther when I was there and what should I tell him? Hey dude, you can't watch it because you missed all the other movies? Did you watch the finale of Breaking Bad? How many just jumped on the bandwagon because Aaron Paul was from Boise?

Quit playing around because I need to talk about this without somebody! OMG! Let's do a viewing party down the stretch because Sunday's episode was like watching a finale and GOT will take home every award this year.

I'm like our dude Marcus who is a huge Avengers fan. We love these films because they teach us about ourselves and we only hope it teaches us a lesson. GOT is fiercely heading towards the finale with a battle against the dead. You can't beat death but it's how you decide to face it. Will you run? Or, will you run at it and never give up?

I'm giving Game of Thrones a 5 out of 5 kisses 💋💋💋💋💋 I'm thinking we need to find a place to watch the remaining episodes because this is like the final season of some of the best like Sex in the City, The Sopranos and Spice Girls (Okay, spice was just a joke but we all miss them yo!)

Catch yourself up because everyone is gonna be referencing the Game of Thrones and don't be that person that is to proud to admit, Yep! I missed that one. Get yo GAME on!
