A Beer Festival To Pucker Over

About a year ago, I gave up beer for a month. Not all alcohol (I mean, I'm not crazy), but just beer because I didn't like the way that I was feeling after drinking it. Since then, there has been NO looking back and I don't even drink it anymore--too much carbonation for this guy!

There's an exception, however...and it just so happens there is an entire FESTIVAL around that exception happening this weekend. A Sour Beer Experience!

Payette Brewing Company is hosting a celebration of sour beers and I absolutely love these! They seem a little lighter than an IPA or a Pale Ale to me and a little more aggressive than a cider. If you like things that are sour, you'll love these beers.

It's happening this Saturday, April 27th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and even though Payette Brewing is open to all ages at certain hours, this even will be a 21+ party, only.

The event will give you exclusive access inside of the brewery, a commemorative glass to sip your sours out of and take home after the event, food pairings by Juniper, 5 tokens which can be exchanged for your sours, and demonstrations from beer experts!

Tickets to get into the event are $60 and quantities are limited--so grab yours before it's too late!
