Albertsons Fuel Center Taking Over Pizza Hut

Albertsons continues to make moves in the Treasure Valley.

This time, they're moving right into your gas tank.

Albertons has filed to demolish the Pizza Hut location at Apple Street and Parkcenter Boulevard and replace with an Albertsons Fuel Center. Now that Albertsons is owned by Albertsons LLC, they are beginning to get back into the gas station game. They recently purchased Paul's Market (and gas station) on Lake Hazel Road, and are also planning an additional fuel center in Barber Valley.

You may not know at first glance, but Albertsons actually owns almost 400 fuel centers. How is that possible? Albertsons owns all Safeway locations, including their gas stations.
