American Craft Beer Week

Looking for a new brew?  This is the week to discover one! It's American Craft Beer Week!

If there's one thing we know about the Northwest, it's that this region loves their craft beers.  Nowadays, I do most of my beer exploration in the River Room at Whole Foods.  That's where I fell in love with one of my favorite brews: McCall Brewing Company's Lemon Ginger Hefeweizen.

I was so sad when I went to go watch the Boston Bruins game on Saturday and saw that it was no longer on tap (it's still available downstairs by the bottle though.)  In the spirit of American Craft Beer Week, I expanded my horizons and found another soon to be favorite: 21st Amendment Brewery's Hell or High Watermelon.  It's a season wheat beer with a fresh watermelon taste that hits the spot after a long bike ride! Totally worth a tasting!
