Finally! Boise State's Ashton Jeanty Wins NFL Rookie Of The Week

While we absolutely love Ashton Jeanty it seems that he's been out of the running for Rookie Of The Year sadly. This hasn't been the easiest season for Jeanty or the Raiders and it had been a while since we saw Ashton Jeanty do some major damage in the NFL. That all changed week 16 when he put up some serious numbers against The Texans.

Ashton Jeanty had an outstanding game that had everyone talking especially after heended up having a 61 yard receiving touchdown and totally brought the energy back to the game.

This was his first touch down and Jeanty also had a second touchdown, this one rushing, and nearly won them the game. Ashton Jeanty pulled out all his tricks not letting anyone tackle him and scored 24 points for the Raiders.

This was all done against one of the best defenses in the NFL. Due to his insane game he was awarded with the Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie Of The Week.

This was Ashton Jeanty's first time this season winning Rookie of The Week and we couldn't be more proud of him.

There has been a lot of talk about Ashton Jeanty getting a better O-line next year which would make him even more unstoppable. Considering he is a beast we could potentially expect more awards in the near future and him having an incredible season next year.
