Boise Devastated as Girl Scouts Discontinue Favorite Cookie in 2024

Girl Scout cookie sales are a staple in the Treasure Valley each year--as outgoing young female entrepreneurs take to local store fronts to run their own cookie businesses. Sales of course, help these girls reach their goals and supporting them is vital! Buying cookies to help a great cause? That's an easy task.

Sales may feel a little different this year, however, as an extremely popular cookie is going to be missing from the lineup. Boise is already heartbroken over this news...

Here's a look at which cookies will be available to the public once the new Girl Scout cookie season begins...Let's see if you can tell which is missing!

We're relieved that the Thin Mints are here to stay...but which cookie did you notice was NOT on the list!? 

If you're missing the Raspberry Rally...yes, you're correct. In 2024, there will be no Raspberry Rally cookie and unfortunately, there's no word on if it will ever be back!

This past year was the first year for Raspberry Rally and it was wildly popular--and it had a twist to it. The cookie was an online-exclusive that could be ordered right to your doorstep. A new concept for the Girl Scout cookie model. While it went very, very well--the sales weren't 'problem-free'.  The cookies grew to be so popular, they quickly sold out. Then, folks would begin reselling them on online for significantly marked up prices.  This of course, breaks the model of teaching and developing young female entrepreneurs in the Girl Scout program.

While cookie lovers will be missing that flavor--there's certainly plenty of other flavors and classics to look forward to this year.
