Boise Kohl's Is Closing. Now I Have Nowhere To Buy Pants.

Way to go, economy. You went and did it this time. You messed around, and now you're about to find out.

Boise's Kohl's store inside Boise Towne Square will be closing in 2025.

Unless you live under a bridge that is not adjacent to a Khol's, perhaps you don't know that it is the place to buy pants. Don't believe us? Take a look at literally any Kohl's ad ever:

PANTS!
SLACKS!
BOTTOMS!
CORDUROYS!
OVERALLS!
MORE PANTS!

We're aware that Kohl's does sell things other than pants, but if that's the case, why don't they advertise it? The only product we can ever recall Kohl's showing off in their advertising campaigns has been...pants.

Therefore, since pants are no longer available for purchase in the Boise area, we are hereby demanding that walking around without pants be immediately legalized within 10-square-miles of Boise Towne Square.

If our demands are not met within 48 hours, you will see us in downtown Boise, walking around without pants. And, probably getting arrested soon after. But, the point will have been made.

P.S. The other two Kohl's around Boise aren't closing. You can still get pants there.

Sure, we're joking, but it sucks when one of your favorite stores closes. Unfortunately, that seems to be the case for a lot of retailers in 2025. We're only two weeks into the new year, but already numerous businesses have announced bankruptcies, closings, and sometimes disappear without an announcement.
