It seems as of lately that there is one negative story after another, COVID this, COVID that and on and on. I think most of us have heard the saying "Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it" Today when I learned about this story I felt the need to share it with you.

According to ktvb the home of Judy Frederick and her husband, 93-year-old Dr. E. Coston Frederick, a Navy veteran who served in the Pacific during World War II, was  vandalized when someone spray painted "Antifia" on their garage door.

Judy believes that the act was retaliation for a sign she had in her yard. "The sign that I had had several things: 'love is love, Black Lives Matter, kindness is everything, but buried in there was the Black Lives Matter."

In the spirit of Boise kind Judy told ktvb...

"It's not important what happened, it's important what happened after and how the neighborhood just came together," she continued. "Nobody cared who voted for whom, it was we take care of one another. We have more in common than we have differences."
