Boise Opens Stage 2 with Switchback Food Truck Park This Weekend

Well, that was quick. I was talking to my friend Diana (Boise Bucketlist) and we made a Saturday food date to take on food trucks.

Lucky for us there is a food truck party that begins this weekend for the entire Summer. This is my first time but have you heard of The Switchback Food Truck Park?

The Switchback Food Truck Park is exactly what it sounds like. It's a gathering of Idahoans and food trucks. The city heads into stage two of reopening and I think food will be the draw. I'm not sure if we're ready to sit next to each other quite yet but I'm okay with grabbing a bite at the food truck park.

Let's see who's going to show so far. The Switchback just added more as I was writing this article.
