As of 10:30 p.m. tonight (Sunday, December 2nd), the I-84 Connector has been closed going both directions.

Last night and even throughout today, the Treasure Valley has seen our first snow fall. With temperatures warm enough to keep it slushy now falling below freezing, many roads can quickly turn to ice rinks.

Ada County officials have shut down the connector and are currently working on improving conditions with de-icer.

We'll keep you posted as this story develops and until then-- drive safe out there, Boise!
