Boise Police Urgently Seek Help in Finding Missing 5-Year-Old Boy
It's a fear that most parents hope they'll never experience: the fear of not knowing where their child is.
One local family, along side local law enforcement, is asking the public to help find a 5-year-old boy that went missing on Monday evening, August 5th.
Local residents have sprung into action both in-person and online sharing imagines of the missing boy, Matthew, in hopes that he can be brought home safe. This entire situation is extremely heartbreaking and we're hoping that everyone can chip in some help, however they are capable.
The following post was made on Boise Police Department's social media outlets the evening of Monday, August 5th:
Have you seen Matthew? He is 5-years-old and wearing gray Batman pajamas. Matthew is non verbal. He walked away from home near State St. and Alamosa around 5:45 pm today. Anyone with information is asked to call Ada County Dispatch at 208-377-6790.
Authorities also shared the following two photos of Matthew-- please take a close look at them.
