Watch Boise State Play Notre Dame on The Blue’s Massive Screen
It's fair to say that this may be the biggest week of the entire season for Boise State football and their fans. The Broncos will be traveling to South Bend, Indiana, to take on Notre Dame--the most storied program in all of college football.
The game is a big deal, and even major airlines recognize that. Direct flights from Boise to South Bend were created by United Airlines just for the big game!
Unfortunately-- in this economy, not every fan is going to be able to attend the game due to finances, work, or life. As dreamy as it may be to go. Not to mention, Notre Dame only made 5,000 tickets available to Boise State, directly.
Leave it to Boise State to get creative-- a watch party has officially been announced and it's on the biggest screen in the city!
Totally free to attend, Boise State fans can jump in and join watching the game on Boise State's massive stadium screen, while sitting on THE BLUE.
After the watch party announcement, Athletic Director Jeramiah Dickey shared online that he understood the fan base would need a local (and big) option to watch this one:It's a pretty awesome concept to turn the field into a watch party!
Not only can this be a really great opportunity for fans to watch the game in a fun setting--but it could be a fun way to get the family or those that are visiting town for the first time, access to the coveted Boise State blue turf.
Event organizers want to remind the public that stadium rules still apply--for example, their lear bag policy. Chairs with legs, also, cannot be brought in to the stadium.
