‘One of The Greatest Ever': Former Boise State QB Breaks Records at NFL Combine
Does the name Taylen Green, ring a bell?
If you're a Boise State football fan, it absolutely should! Once the 'Offensive MVP' at Boise State's appearance in the LA Bowl, Taylen was a part of one of the most turbulent times of the football program in years.
In what felt like the longest season in history, there were a whole lot of ups and a whole lot of downs. Green, the highly anticipated quarterback known for his impeccable scrambling ability, was behind center--kind of--during this time. Under Head Coach Andy Avalos, the Broncos were running a '2 quarterback offense' that to this day remains a controversial decision.
Splitting snaps with Maddux Madsen, the Broncos' current quarterback, Green eventually transferred to the big leagues, the SEC, to play for Arkansas.
Now, having wrapped up his collegiate career, it's time to see what he can do in the NFL!

Taylen has a whole lot of reasons to smile...the internet can not stop talking about his record-breaking performance in front of the professional scouts this past weekend.
Over the weekend, Taylen Green broke a pair of scouting combine records. He posted a 43.5 inch vertical jump and he leapt for 11 feet, 2 inches in the broad jump. These numbers are totally unheard of for a quarterback. Green also ran a 4.36 40-yard dash, making him the second-fastest quarterback ever timed at the combine.
