Boise Teens Launch Creative Business as School Project
A school project has turned into a profitable business for a couple of Boise girls. The two created a profitable custom cell phone case business with a $40 investment from their parents.
Ninth-graders Helen Wang and Grace Zhu were given a school project that emulated Google's company policy that has employees spend 20% of their time doing something they love and will have a benefit.
Helen and Grace got $20 from each of their parents. The two bought clear cell phone cases and gel pens. That's how The Cloud Stop Cases began.
Looking at the cases, I was shocked to see the prices were reasonable and actually cost less than what you can find at a store.
