According to the internet, yesterday was one of the most pessimistic days of the year. You spent the few weeks leading up the New Years Day deciding what your big resolution was going to be--but how long do those last? It's easy to joke that you've already fallen off just a few days into the year. However, there's actually a statistic.

January 12, which this year landed yesterday, on a Saturday, is actually labeled "Quitters Day" because it's the day that most people fall off of their resolution efforts. Did you fall victim? I didn't set any hard goals or deadlines but I do want to be more conscious of my fitness and nutrition this for yesterday? I definitely slept through my alarm for the gym.  I guess I'm a statistic.
