Displaced Eagle Rodeo Finds New Home for Summer of 2025

Dubbed as 'The Best Small Town Throw Down Around', Eagle Rodeo has been a local favorite for years. Each summer, the rodeo attracts huge crowds and 2024 was no exception as thousands were in attendance at this popular rodeo that really knows how to party.

As we shared with you shortly after wrapping up, however, the future of the rodeo for 2025 and beyond was, for a moment, in limbo.

A release from the Board of Directors at the Eagle Rodeo outlined that they were a bit surprised by a vote from the Eagle City Council -- which terminated the lease agreement Eagle Rodeo had for their annual rodeo.

We are here to share that the Eagle Rodeo has indeed found a solution! 

Shortly after hearing that their lease would be terminated, leadership spoke up.

In their statement to the public, the Eagle Rodeo assured fans that they won't be "going" anywhere-- they're just working to find where they'll be moving to.

We have been looking for a permanent spot for the last year, and feel like we may have found what we are looking for. Eagle Rodeo wants to make sure everyone knows that the City of Eagle is not eliminating Eagle Rodeo and has no ability to do so.

We now know where to expect the Eagle Rodeo this summer! 

You can catch the 2025 Eagle Rodeo on Chaparral Road -- in North Ada County. When you're driving out, go just past Firebird Raceway and head East on Chaparral.

Perhaps the most exciting part of this announcement? The organizers have shared there will be 'plenty of parking' -- which for those familiar with the old Eagle Rodeo location will tell you, is a relief!
