Downtown Boise Decorated for First Thursday

At First Thursday this week, you'll see local artists featured all over downtown Boise shops and restaurant windows. It's all for one reason.

The weather is warming up which means we won't have to wear snow suits downtown tomorrow night for the March First Thursday. The sun will be out off and on and it will be almost 50 degrees. NO SNOW!

Not only will you be able to walk around downtown and see art on the art walk featuring Treefort-inspired art from local artists, you'll be able to view art in the Treefort Art Gallery as downtown preps for Treefort Music Fest at the end of the month.

Starting at 5:30 p.m. the Owyhee will feature an art gallery and have a raffle to win a pair of 5-day passes to the festival. Raffle tickets come with a drink or appetizer purchase.

Our friends at Even Stevens will be partnered with Payette Brewing Co. and are still making sandwiches for a cause where every sandwich sold, one will be donated to a local non profit. Live music will be played started at 7 p.m.
