So, I have to pay more to park in downtown Boise now?

Well, it depends, and, only for a short while. It's confusing.

Basically, due to a higher demand for parking downtown, the City of Boise is adding some new parking meters, but also, extending the hours of paid parking. That's the part you're going to want to pay attention to.
