Exciting Event Heading To Zoo Boise Next Month

One of the coolest parts about living in Boise are all of the fun events and activities that there are to offer. One of our personal favorite parts of Boise is the Zoo! Zoo Boise, located right between Downtown Boise and Boise State University, is a year round attraction that is perfect for anyone who needs a last minute fun event to attend. There's nothing like walking around and seeing all of the cute animals that have found a home at Zoo Boise.

Zoo Boise also has lots of fun activities that they put on every year. Every Halloween their Boo at the Zoo event is complete with a costume contest happening all day for people of any age, face painting, and a bunch of local vendors. They even did trick-or-treat candy stations set up throughout the entire zoo as well as special Halloween-themed treats for the zoo animals.

And when Valentine's Day comes around they keep the fun going with Woo at the Zoo. Woo at the Zoo shares an inside look during an after-hours tour. The Zoo offers this as a way to learn more about animals and the mating and dating that takes place inside the zoo. The zoo shares intimate secrets about their animals that some may not have known before.

Now, another fun event is hitting the Zoo next month and it's Paint with Penguins. Sunday February 2, from 3:30 to 5:30, find out how penguins paint and enjoy watching them add their own personal touches to your creation. This event is one of a kind so you do not want to miss out!
