Five Things in Boise That Are Safer Than a Trump Rally
It's hard not to get caught up in politics, especially when it is an election year. Oh, and this election year includes the presidential voting. This year, in almost everyone's opinion, all the candidates are awful. No one can seem to find the right candidate.
One of the candidates though seems to be the most volatile, and he goes by the name of Donald Trump. Either you are with him or against him. He seems to have the most drastic policy and maniacal ideas. His supporters at his rallies have been violent and so I want to give you five things that are safer to do in Boise than attending one of his rallies.
White Water Kayaking the Payette River
This is one of the most dangerous rivers to kayak in the world. Professionals from around the world come to kayak it and have difficulty navigating it. But, it is safer than attending a Trump rally
Crashing Your Car Into the Grove Sculpture During Traffic
I don't condone crashing your own vehicle into private property and destroying an iconic piece of any city, but you would be late or not even show up to a Trump rally, which would still be safer than attending a Trump rally. (In case you missed it, someone really did do this recently in Boise, though not on the way to a Trump rally I don't think.)
Mountain Biking Down the Foothill With No Helmet or Pads
If your going to get hurt and possibly hurt your brain, might as well get an adrenaline rush out of it and mountain bike down Bogus Basin. Although very scary, this is probably safer than attending a Trump rally.
Rushing the Stage at Boise Music Festival
Even though you will probably get banned for life, and might get charges pressed against you, you might have the slightest chance that the artist won't care and you get to be on stage. But I imagine if you go to a Trump rally you will either get injured, or if you love it then you will be ostracized for life.
Running From the Boise Police
We all know when Boise Police Department calls in for backup it's going to be like three or four more cars, so it would be a bad idea to run from the cops in Boise, but in actual reality it would be much safer than attending a Trump rally where you have the chance at getting assaulted and still getting arrested.
