How Are You Going To Be Better After The Pandemic? Reader Response

Earlier today I wrote a blog about using our time during this pandemic to better ourselves. Yes, it's great that we can take time to rest and relax but what are you doing to better yourself during this ? Are you maximizing your potential by maximizing the time you have right now?

I immediately got an email from someone who said this... " I hear you loud and clear but what if you're the person on the job with the least amount of talent?, I feel like no matter what I do I will never be as good as the people I work with because they're so talented"

This is my response:

I will take passion over talent everyday. Passionate people tend to work harder than talented ones because anytime you're doing something you love - it doesn't feel like work, it's not an inconvenience. If you're passionate about what you do and you outwork everyone you will excel.
