It's no secret: Taylor Swift dropped not one, but TWO new albums late last night and even here in Boise, the frenzy was real.

It doesn't matter what you think about the world renowned pop star, nobody can deny that she is THE star of a generation and her music moves and relates to millions.

So what was all of the hype last night? Taylor Swift released a brand new album-- 'The Tortured Poets Department'. All new music for fans that can never get enough. Even here in Boise.

While the album was released at midnight--Eastern Time--and available on streaming platforms in Boise at 10:00p.m. local time, fans couldn't be stopped. A listening party at Boise's famous Record Exchange drew out over 200 folks that waited in line, many of whom waited to listen together inside of the store at midnight.

If anyone thinks that Boise isn't home to some diehard Taylor Swift fans...we're here to say: you're wrong! 

The excitement in the air was amazing. Fans couldn't wait to get their hands on the brand new vinyl, see all of the different versions and colors available, and listen to the album on the speakers, as a community, at The Record Exchange.

One of the most fun moments of the night came at midnight (2:00 a.m. ET) when Taylor dropped 15 MORE songs: a whole new album.  Fans began screaming out of nowhere as even more music was released.

Prizes were given away--like gift cards, Taylor Swift cookies, and free vinyl throughout the night and donations came in for The Idaho Food Bank!

Fair to say that Boise is all in on Taylor Swift? Absolutely.
