Idaho Humane Society Asking for Help
Adopting my cat was the best decision I have ever made. I never knew that I would even WANT or LIKE a cat because growing up, I never had any pets. I have no clue what got into me when I was going to college and living in Spokane, Washington, but I decided to pick up a kitten one day and ever since, I've lived with this companion as if she were my best friend!
If you have a cat you know how fun these little creatures can be, but truly, any pet owner can relate to the bond you're able to grow with an animal. Unfortunately, not every animal gets adopted quickly or in some instances, ever. Finding forever homes for cats and dogs can be hard work--especially if there are a ton to be adopted out. The Idaho Humane Society does an awesome job of providing homes for these creatures until someone comes to take them home and make them a part of their family. Doing so, however, costs money and requires resources. This is why the Idaho Humane Society is asking for your help.
Currently, according to a recent news story, the Idaho Humane Society is running low on blankets for dog beds and dry cat food for their cats. If you have extra of any of these items, they would be really excited to receive them. For more on the society and what they need, just click HERE.
