These 2 Teams Will Be Competing In The Famous Idaho Potato Bowl

The Boise State Broncos may have pulled off one of their biggest comebacks of all time. When everyone was doubting them they ended up fighting back and becoming the Mountain West champions for the third year running.

Before they won the Mountain West Championship however, there was talk about what bowl game Boise State would play in and many even thought they could play on their home turf for the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl. Their win on Friday night changed that theory and now they will play in the LA Bowl.

So who will play in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl?

Just announced this weekend the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl will see the Washington State Cougars and the Utah State Aggies. This match up is definitely going to be a good one between the Pac-12 team and the Mountain West team.

Considering Utah State is set to be joining Washington State next year in the Pac-12 this has potential to even become a future rivalry.

The Famous Idaho Potato Bowl will take place on Monday, December 22nd at 12 pm Mountain Time and will be the last college football game of the year to take place on The Blue. This excellent match up is already being talked about and expected be a great game.
