Idaho Upset as Pop Star Skips a Return to Boise on Summer Tour

Boise has lots of great music artists coming and going. We love when big artists come to Boise and perform for everyone. There have been a lot of great artists that have announced shows that are coming here as well. We have upcoming shows from The Driver Era and The Wrecks in 2025 that we could not be more excited about. But what happens when an artist stops coming to Boise?

Boise was heartbroken that Sabrina Carpenter did not come back this past year after performing in Boise for her last tour but she's not the only artist to make this decision.

Boise getting left behind is nothing new and seems to be happening a lot more. Just a couple of months ago when Kelsea Ballerini announced her tour fan's hearts were crushed when she decided she wasn't going to be coming back to Boise. This may have had something to do with her getting hit on stage by a bracelet but it's still sad.

Now, a Boise Music Festival star who once loved to perform here is releasing more show dates and is continuously not including Boise. Tate McRae has definitely grown in popularity since her Boise Music Festival performance but that doesn't mean that she shouldn't come back. Boise would definitely welcome back Tate with open arms, sadly it seems as though she will not be coming back.

Her closest show to Idaho is Salt Lake City so it seems like Boise fans are just going to have to make the drive to Utah.
