Idaho’s Favorite Movie From The 90’s

Ah, the nineties, talk about an era!  It seems like everything from that decade brings back a little bit of nostalgia. Yes, some is a lot more "cringe-worthy" than others but it never fails to remind you of where you were, what you were into, or just that VIBE before the year 2000.

Just this week I cam across a survey that has results for each state's favorite movie from the nineties and before I looked at the answer for Idaho, I had to spend some time thinking. Toy Story was definitely my favorite as a kid--but then again, Forrest Gump, Saving Private Ryan, and Men in Black were ALL movies from the decade.

The result for Idaho? None of the ones I've mentioned above...Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me.

Now, the methodology behind the survey was a little limited.  According to the article, the only movies considered were those that ranked in the 20 most popular released between 1990 and 1999.
