Once November hits and the weather starts dropping it’s clear that winter is on its way. As it gets colder sometimes the best thing to do is to just look forward to spring and summer and start thinking about all of the summer plans that are to be made. Although looking forward to summer is good sometimes you have to remember one of the best parts about living in Idaho is being able to enjoy all four seasons and what they have to offer.

One highly loved winter activity may only have a couple weeks left in Idaho and you’re going to want to make sure you try it out before the season ends. Gateway Parks Tubing in Eagle and Idaho Falls is one of the most loved winter attractions in the state and it’s perfect for anyone of any age. You can bring your family, friends, or partner, and guarantee you will have the best time no matter what.

Gateway Parks is a man-made snow tubing park that is an Idaho staple. The park prides itself on its family-friendly ways and even advertising dropping your kids off for the day while you get all of your errands done. Gateway Parks also provides all of the tubing equipment yesterday so that you don’t have to pay for anything except your entry fee upon arrival. They also work to give back to the community where the park is set up so it’s a win-win!

As February moves forward, the time to try the park slowly slows down. While the park is made with man-made snow Gateway Parks says the only reason they end the season is because people stop going so the best way to avoid this is by making it out to the earliest date possible. Gateway Parks is guaranteed to at least stay open until President’s Day, February 19, so try it out this season while they’re still open!
