It's intimate, it's intentional and it's a personal moment that typically doesn't happen without feeling behind it. In most situations, you can do almost anything else without 100% feeling. Kissing is the worst kind of cheating.

I was trying to explain exactly what my feelings are around kissing and then I found this from a website called The Crispy Corner and they said it better than I could have:

Well it is never “just a kiss” as some people say. The moment when you say, “ it was just a kiss” itself shows your insincerity towards the issue, which is unpardonable. Behind that kiss, is always a desire to hookup or an underlying problem, dissatisfaction or unhappiness in your current relationship, which is built up within and ultimately leads to an action of cheating.

It’s not just a kiss. You flirt, you prepare, you act and then you let go. It has multiple steps involved and one cannot blame it completely on alcohol, which is the most common reason kisser cheaters give.

Let's be real: Any cheating is the worst cheating. That's not what I'm saying. Chris and I got into a discussion about what would be the worst to hear from your significant other and my answer was "I kissed someone else". It would literally break my heart. It would hurt more than any other cheating.

Now that we're clear, what's the case for you?

If you've recently been cheated on, and are trying to figure out how to cope, here's some tips.
