It’s Official: 3,500 New Homes Coming to Boise

Finding a place to live in Boise, Idaho can be quite the challenge. Housing prices are continually on the rise, more and more people are moving here every single day, and it's just...a lot.

Luckily, you're about to have many more options when it comes to buying a home in Boise. To be specific, you'll have about 3,500 new options.

The City Counsil has approved a 3,500 development in southwest Boise

Yes, this is really happening. Boise City Counsil put their stamp of approval on the Murio Farms Development, which will be built along the New York Canal, east of Maple Grove and west of Cole.

Now, this isn't all happening tomorrow, obviously. It takes time to build homes, infrastructure, and all that exciting stuff. Currently, the project stands as a "multi-phase" operation, which will be executed over the next two decades.

No word yet on pricing of the homes, or when you'll be able to move in. Yet.
