Local Brewery Closes Tap Room

Payette Brewing Company is saying farewell to Garden City.

The brewery took to their Facebook page to announce the closure of their tasting room off of Chinden in Garden City. Now that the multi million dollar facility near the Greenbelt is up and running, Payette closed the doors to their original tap room that opened in Garden City five years ago.

They will still continue to brew and barrel age beer at the Garden City location which will allow some unique one of a kind beers to eventually find their way to the tap handles in Boise.

The new tap room on Pioneer Street is open daily from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.
